Joel Schmitz started his accounting career in 1995.  Joel has extensive experience in managing and producing financial reports for external clients.  He has served as a controller for a Southwestern regional diversified real estate company and for a large international real estate & portfolio management company.  Most of his experience has been in consulting and interim positions. This experience has diversified his professional experience.

Joel received his
Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin.  He graduated in January, 2001 from the University of Phoenix, with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. He attended Western International University to attain a MBA-Finance.
